Valley RFC will host the SG Women's Fast Fifteens Rugby and Hockey tournament at King's Park on 31st October.
Seven women's rugby teams will compete in two pools over the course of the afternoon, following two showcase matches featuring the Valley Fort under-12 and under-14 girls teams that kick off at 1pm and 1:30pm respectively.
The event is closed to spectators but will be live-streamed on the Valley RFC Facebook page from start to finish.
The hockey tournament will be staged down the hill at the KP hockey stadium, also with spectators, and will feature all six women's Premiership teams - streamed live on the Valley RFC YouTube channel and the HKHA Facebook page.
The tournament is a resurrected version of the Valley Fifteens tournament which operated in the late 1990's and into the early 2000's. Club founder Jamie Scott was a part of the organising committee 20 years ago and is excited about the event rolling around and featuring the women's teams of Hong Kong.
