The "Knights" is the clubs' Premiership A side.

Along with the Valley Prems, the Societe Generale Valley RFC Knights have been a powerhouse in club rugby since their introduction in 1990. As the saying around the Valley Club scene goes, if the Knights are strong, the Valley Prems are strong. With 8 Grand Championship wins of their own, who could argue with that.

Many clubs legends either began or finished their careers with the club donning the Knights jersey and who could blame them with the camaraderie, banter and all-round energy that has and continues to flow through the Knights group. The Knights has a rich history of playing electrifying rugby, training the house down throughout the season, utilising the free towels from our Causeway rivals (HKFC) and sinking the most cans at the famous Mr Wongs all you can eat.

If you are interested in joining a team of good buggers who enjoy playing tough footy, working hard for their mates and enjoy a social bevvie after the game, then come and join the Knights every Tuesday and Thursday at HV6.
