4. What to wear/bring
● Ensure you are wearing your new BLACK playing dress. You can wear your red training tshirt over the top for warm up/between games.

● *No jewellery (including earrings which must be removed), nails must be cut short, hair tied up. *

● LOTS OF WATER!!!! At least 1L of water each. There will not be fountains available for refill

● A bag to keep your belongings in.
